All rates/prices are in US Dollars. Any items not specifically included in the reservation, must be paid by the client directly at the hotel. We specify what items are included in the reservation (example: taxes, breakfast, facility fee, etc).
In the unlikely event that the room booked is not available, the guest will receive comparable or superior accommodations at another hotel at no additional cost.
We will make every effort to secure the bed type of your choice. However, some hotels reserve the right to assign the room at the time of check in and cannot guarantee room types. Most hotels have queen/king beds or two double beds.
Cancelations or changes to the reservation must be received in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the charge of one night room plus tax. If the confirmation indicates a different cancelation policy, this one will prevail. The reservation will be considered active unless you receive a cancelation number from our office.
Early check-out from a hotel may incur in charges. The amount will vary depending on the hotel.
InterConnect is not responsible for loss or injury at a hotel or land service booked by us. We are also not responsible for expenses incurred as a result of situations beyond InterConnect’s control including but not limited to: travel delays, hotel bankruptcy, change of management or overbooking, strike, wars, quarentine, weather-related issues or other Acts of God.
Groups must be prepaid according to the schedule in the group contract. Two bags per guest will be included in the porterage charge (if applicable). Additional bags are the responsibility of the Group Organizer and must be settled directly with the hotel. For questions about groups please email: email@example.com.
Pre-payment must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival for individual reservations. Voucher will be issued after payment is received. Reservations without payment will be canceled automatically six days prior to arrival.
